I sent a student the following note in his geometry class today:
"You left your sweatshirt in my classroom AGAIN! If you do not come get it today after school, I'm throwing it in the garbage!!!!"
When his teacher got the note she read it, handed it to him and made him read it out loud in front of the entire class. Nothing like a little humiliation!
(His sweatshirt has been sitting in my room for the past month, in case you are wondering where my enthusiasm came from.)
